As soon as a mad man with a bow tie enters 221B Baker Street, John's life is turned on his head, as he tries to find out, exactly who is John Smith and why does he look so familiar. He must face an impossible choice - to rip the very fabric of space and time just to save his best friend, or move on. But whatever choice he may take, the bigger question is - who will save him?
