Dan had finally found the perfect pawn to his conspiring game. Dan would eventually have to convince his flat-mate Phil into thinking she's the one. Phil knows that Dan's silly little game will end badly, not just for Dan but for himself as well. All Phil wanted was someone who could complete him, Dan knew that but decided to take it a few steps too far for Phil to handle. Dan wanted to be the one to complete him, but he knew that Phil needed someone that could fill the void in his heart. Dan had been Phil's best friend for years and wanted to keep it that way. He was afraid that if he found someone for Phil to love, their friendship would fall apart. Phil had told Dan many times that he wouldn't forget about him, but to Dan that wasn't enough. That's when Dan decided to create the game of love. He thought that if they shared the girl for awhile, they would become closer, and Phil wouldn't have to leave him behind.
