This is the third trolls story, and this is one year later. Esperanza and the others are now 17 and Its 4 years before Esperanza became queen (so if you haven't read trolls 2, then this whole story will make sense.) so after the death of one of the most valuable member of the new generation of the snack pack, AJ , Esperanza then becomes sad and decides to take revenge of the one who killed the one who killed AJ.

So Esperanza goes on a journey to find a miracle to save her mother. She soon meets up with a boy troll named AJ, who happens to be the son of the traitor Creek.
