Iana Grey's life is monotous. She has a best friend named Lyla Crowe, who just adds to the routine of her stereotypical life, and a very busy dad named Carter Grey, who's a successful journalist but has barely any time for her. Sadly, it just doesn't make things any less tedious.
Then again though, Iana's been having quirky dreams for the past, consecutive, twelve months. Not to mention, numerous blood curling whispers that taunt her within a daily morning wake and within an every evening rest. But Iana decided to deem it normal anyway, since dreams were supposed to be that way, surreal and yes, weird. The only event that does change her view of things of course, is when those fantasy like dreams and whispers actually become real.

EmPATHETICally Blind (A skinny love story)
Emilee can read emotions like books. Matt can't read at all because he's blind as fuck. Both riddled with self-hatred, anger and frustration, they somehow manage to become best friends, even though their personalities clash worse than plaid and polka-dots. (Both of which, coincidentally, Emilee loves to wear on occasion) Spontaneousness may just be what keeps them in trouble, and together. Emilee finds out how much she depends on Matt, and Matt always sort of knew he liked her. The only problem is who's going to tell who first? Grey. It's a really simple color. Pretty bland. Matches just about anything. That's how you normally describe grey. But this grey was unique. The specks of green that sparkled on the edges of the misty grey abyss entranced me. In my mind, I imagined those endless abysses roaming over my body. Examining it. Praising it.
