After the traumatic event that accrued in the village. From what they know the sound are the ones pulling the strings, Sasuke has continuously being checked into hospital due to his terrible injury and weird nightmares that seemed to be killing him from the inside. Tsunade tries to find out what is wrong with Sasuke but for all she knew it could just be because of the injury he obtained.
But is it something more serious, will she ever know...
Or will he be forever fighting the nightmare?
