Charlie Grieves believes she cursed with bad luck, she is unpopular and uncoordinated; that is until Damien walks into her life and unravels all the secrets Charlie's mum, Maria, was trying to hide. . But when an old family curse is revealed Charlie has more questions then ever. For Charlie is a descendant from mermaids, discovering new powers and abilities with the help of Damien, a prince of the FÆ, can she beat the curse?
She has to go on a long journey back to were it all began which includes trying to outwit a powerful Sea Witch, Maurella from making Charlie her next victim. Remember, not all fairy tales have a happy ending.
