Tsuruga Tadasu has a mundane life where he just waits for the hours to pass by till it's time to repeat the same cycle the next day; at least that's what he makes himself believe. Living alone never bores him, the thought of meeting others makes him shiver in disgust but the thought of living with someone else is even worse.

Most would just see this as 'being a normal teenager' and just 'going through a phase'- well, his parents do.

However, this was deeper than just going through a phase. He has spent sleepless nights fighting the depressing thoughts away as they flood his mind-drowning him. Negativity is always there, looming over him like a dark shadow, slowly but surely crushing him as he wanders alone in the darkest corners of his mind.

When his Father, who he hasn't spoken to in almost a year, remarries and is tired of Tadasu's anti social ways, he is thrust into a household of 13 siblings.
