Raven and her family packed up and moved to New Orleans. The new surroundings are pleasant, the locals not so much. The house they live in is said to be cursed. The property has stood empty for eighty years until now. The house seems to have a mind of it's own. On top of unwanted visits from dead children, someone, or something buried underneath has unfinished business. Family secrets begin to unravel prompting major trust issues. When you dig up the past, you get dirty. What do you do with soiled hands? Raven's Heat is packed with plot twist, family betrayal, ghost, voodoo and blood. They say "blood is thicker than water" But is it?

Even my daddy is a warlock when he's not moonlighting as a rat (a consequence of the aforementioned grandmother's temper). So you would think I would be a witch too, right? Nope.
