This is a story I wrote with a friend (ferron7902), it's about what if Burn wanted to create her own monstrosities instead of trying to find them.
C5G2 was unhappy with her life, spending most of her time in a cramped cave with only her scrolls to keep her happy. One day,  Burn decides she is ready to be killed and stuffed. She arrives at sundown with a seemingly fake reason for being late. It throws Sunny, her adopted aunt, into worry as it seems her niece has changed. But why? And why does she keep having visions of nothing but pitch blackness? Did something happen to her niece? And what will happen when a bully Skywing keeps making her doubt that being a hybrid is somehow wrong? Will Spirit be able to recover her regular self or will she give up and become a doormat? And how will a secret admirer come into play? Especially when Spirit begins to get more visions of strange giant creatures deep within the ocean. But as the TimeWing that hates him grows meaner and meaner, Vein knows she has to be stopped . . . before the Island of Grinnen is destroyed under her talons.
