Harry Potter and the Time he Tried to be Draco's Friend

Eighth Year AU: Harry is back to finish his last year at Hogwarts. All he wants is a little peace and quiet, before having to re-emerge into the Wizarding World. He has every intention to go to class, study, sleep, repeat. But things have never been that simple for 'The Golden Boy' and house rivalry leads him on yet another long journey.

Harry just wants to return to school, finish his N.E.W.T.S and move on. The war is over, and all he wants to do is stay out of the spotlight long enough to avoid the press and any other unwanted stares. But Harry can't help but to want to step in and end all the hate. Plus, this could be his chance at finally getting Malfoy to become his friend. Only problem is, they haven't spoken to one another since the trials. Can Harry bring the houses together in shared harmony, getting on Draco's good side in the process? Or will it all crash in burn? (I suck at summaries, but give it a chance).
