I, Kisvar, have escaped Apocrypha after being trapped there following the events of the Siege of Whiterun. That battle ended in a victory for the Stormcloaks and, for now, the Imperials have been once more driven from Skyrim, but another war is brewing- one that will be fought in the shadows. Relations between the Thieves' Guild and the Dark Brotherhood have been shattered by decisions made on both sides. Blurred lines have become slick with blood- those who are not allies of the Thieves' Guild fight against us. We may be thieves fighting a war against assassins-

-but everyone knows you should never corner a rat.

For decades, the realm of Oblivion has always been a subject of fascination for Ja'vassa. He routinely visited Apocrypha, stepped into the Soul Cairn, and briefly visited Sanguine's plane of Oblivion. However, this isn't nearly enough for him; he wants to explore more and see what the other planes of Oblivion have in store. Recently, with the help of his companions in Sjel Blad Castle, he's decided it's time to embark on the potential exploring the other planes of Oblivion; both the ones known to mortals and perhaps even previously unknown planes. His first idea was to visit the Deadlands, perhaps visiting the plane of Mehrunes Dagon would grant him some insight to the disappearance of Nalani centuries ago, but it'd be more to satisfy his craving to explore worlds beyond Tamriel, even if these realms might be more than a little danger. Months had gone by as they prepped the portal and when the day finally came, Ja'vassa volunteered to venture within it to see what it held. He took a few days to prepare himself and once everyone was ready, they'd activate the portal and he'd step through it, though instead of winding up in the desolate wastes of the Deadlands, Ja'vassa found himself inside a strange office sitting in the center of an incredibly massive city, unlike anything he had ever seen before. The natives of the realm were as confused as he was, but quickly understood that he wasn't hostile and was perhaps summoned to that world to help them. They explained that he arrived in a country known as Kivotos, home to a number of large academies with hundreds of students. Ja'vassa's strangest adventure begins as tackles all sorts of problems with the students that call Kivotos their home. This is likely to be the first of a multi-work series loosely following along Blue Archive's main story. Spoilers lurk within.
Thief-Lord of Light, Dragon-King of Shadow by LordFenric
1 part Complete Mature
The first entry in my Thief-Lords of Chiaroscuro series. WARNING: This entry is novella-length and a lot more mature than my usual works as its an homage to cyberpunk and heist stories and features dragons. Contains violence, harsh language, discussion and scenes of pain, torture, imprisonment, sex, exploitation and slavery, most offscreen. Chiaroscuro. Far-flung future home of humanity, a shadow-shrouded city-world of forty billion humans and their bloodthirsty dragon overlords. And of course, home to the infamous thief-lords of the Free Sector. Akio Harper is the fallen son of a privileged family of the floating Stormstratum cities, reduced to scrounging and stealing on the streets of the lowest levels of the endless city of shadow and light. One day in the gods-forsaken Bone Market, he discovers an ancient artifact of flesh-glass that allows him to warp reality and wield immense power. Years later, young Akio has become the Lord of the Hellfire Horde and Master of the Demon's Tower, determined to put an end to the most corrupt of humanity, the crime-lords and the chattel-sellers, the twisted Dark Arcanists and the sadistic draqomorphs who voluntarily converted into creatures more akin to their draconic masters, uncaring as they see their fellow humans shackled and swallowed by monsters. At long last, Akio has a plan to get back at the dragons and stop their plans to truly become gods. Will he and his ragtag crew of oddballs be able to overcome rival gangs, endless security grids and artifacts from before the dawn of time and stop their murderous monster-lords in time?
