(The book is under editing right now, and I'll be changing the location of the safe haven from Columbus to Cincinnati. I didn't really think it through when I first wrote this but I think that Cincinnati would make a little more sense. Sorry for any confusion!) *************** BEING REWRITTEN I started writing this at 14, and it started out as something I made just for fun. The story was mostly imporvised, and I don't like how it's turned out. I've had a lot of new and hopefully more interesting ideas, and there's so much that I decided to rewrite the whole thing completely. The story will be very different but the characters will be the same for the most part. It'll have the same style of writing with the different points of view, but separated between books instead of chapters, and I already have a storyline laid for the first 2 or 3. At eighteen, she wanted body modifications, a job, and etc... as a rite of passage entering adulthood. At least that's what she was thinking. The more she was told no, the more she wondered what she could do. There are still uninfected humans left in the U.S.A. Most of them are middle-class. Katrina is their representative. She gained a family member, but lost two. She aches to find out why she can never return home again. The three eighteen-year-old females, along with their beaus, journey for truth, equality, justice, restoration, love, and freedom lead them to the same end: the capital. Her bouncy personality shadowed into a shy but sweet one, her and her mother grieving over their loss. Both changed, they moved to Haddonfield a year later - (Y/n) meeting Michael Myers himself. At first the blonde-haired boy seemed friendly and fun to hang out with, but as Halloween loomed ominously around the corner, Michael began to grow creepy, clingy and colder - even growing possessive of (Y/n). After a slaughtering showdown, her mother took her out of town; moving away from the dangerous borough. You moved back into the old house fifteen years later - not living with your mother anymore. You were enjoying the single life, with its perks of being free and not held back, but soon things began to go wrong.
