Based on Alice in Wonderland, with a new twist to the story. Alex Peterson, still depressed after a loss of a loved one, gets shoved into the Looking Glass at his job at an antique store. There he meets the thieving Mad Hatter,who is a girl to his surprise, and her loyal companion Dormouse. Deciding to help save this new desolate version of Wonderland, they go off to stop the Queen of Hearts, while encountering many obstacles and things from Hatter's past. When something unexpected happens, will it change the way Alex sees his past?

Hatter's Revenge (rewriting - read at own risk)
There are a few things you need to know about Wonderland. First off, completely misnamed. It should be Terrorland. People don't just accidentally tumble into Wonderland, it sucks them in. There is no following of cute white rabbits with pocket watches. Wonderland is dangerous and you can lose a lot more than your head if you're not careful. Second, the Hearts are in control, but they shouldn't be. The throne of Wonderland rightfully belongs to the Spade heir. But he's currently missing. Third, and probably most important, is that Madison Hatter is NOT a native of Wonderland. He was yanked through a mirror many years ago and has been trying to survive Wonderland ever since. Now he has an idealistic young Real-Worlder on his hands and a rebellion in his heart. Mad is going to remove that Heart Queen if it's the last thing he does. She's the one who stole him from his life all those years ago and he's been waiting for the moment when he can tear her life to shreds in repayment.
