It's been 5 years since the death of Haruki, 5 years since Miyuki took on the truth about her ancestors, 5 years since Miyuki became Haruka's mother-like figure and it's been 5 years since Kai ran away. Miyuki thought Kai would return, so did a few of her friends but sadly that didn't happen.
