Abby is a lonely high school girl with only one friend, which one day gets to meet her crazy uncle on her doorsteps, that she'd never really heard of before.
Darian is an alcoholic intelligent scientist and the uncle, who comes to live with Abby and her family.
Darian has created a powerful and very dangerous energy source called - Tonium, and is the target of I.C.U. (International Control Union).
He is not interested in cooperation and is the only one that knows how Tonium works, so he needs all the help he can get from Abby, to get away with his life. He ends up in the middle of family issues and enemies trying to kill him, which doesn't get any better by neither his alcohol abuse nor his bad behavior.
Who can he trust? And will Abby be able to help her uncle?
