Aria Cilen was 3 when her parents were exiled, killed for treason. She never figured out why, and no one would tell her. She knows she's a werewolf, because she's been shifting for 5 years at the age of 17.  And now that she is 17, and for some reason old enough now to find out the truth, her uncle, the Alpha of the Shade Crescent pack, reveals to her why her parents were killed in the first place and why she appears to be different from everyone else. But what happens after she finds out about her parents and her past? Will she believe it, or will she think it's a trick? 
She befriends a witch, she runs away, and she discovers something that could be either good or bad. And then she has a choice to make...
