I need that book. It has been my fifth time here in the library- solely for the book. I have been trying to get it- unnoticed since the day it captured my eye. Something about it has been alluring me. Being unlucky enough, it is in the highest shelf under the restriction section. Miss Amy, the librarian, had been watching me from her desk, which was quite a distance away, ever since she caught me sneaking into the section. I snickered at her, walking away in disappointment. I heard a terrific thud right behind me, which no one had seemed to have heard. My eyes widened, as a little smile crept across my mouth, knowing what and where it was from.All Rights Reserved

She kept her eyes turned away and struggled helplessly, but it was no use. It was strong like a human man too, and she couldn't keep it off of her. The wings had moved until they curved around them both and shut out a lot of the light. Its face was so near hers that she could feel its breath brushing against her skin. "Please just look at me for a second. Just look. I'm not going to hurt you." One of the hands grabbed her chin and forced her head to turn, and then she was looking straight into a pair of dark brown eyes. It had a human face too. She had been expecting something monstrous or ghastly, and the surprise made her falter for a moment. He looked young, with a bad haircut and an earnest expression on his face. "I'll let go of you, okay? Just don't lunge around like that anymore, you'll get hurt." He whispered.

I was unable to form words because, I thought about how hot he looked as he stared back at me with such intensity. It just intrigued me. I took my usual seat in the back corner, far away from the line of fire that always seemed to follow Mr. Montgomery's gaze. I tried to disappear into the safety of my textbook, but his piercing blue eyes seemed to find me anyway, as if daring me to challenge him once more. Mr. Montgomery's lips twitched in amusement, a hint of a smirk playing at the corners of his mouth. "Ah, a true lover of literature, I see," he remarked, his tone teasing. "Well, let's see if we can't expand your horizons a bit today, shall we?"

There was so much adrenaline that was flowing throw me I simply said " actually no your mom gave them to me". " Look b*tch I don't now who you think your dealing with." She said grabbing my collar. As soon as I stepped foot out the school doors my trouble some life didn't end there I caught sight of the person I hated with a passion. Before that person could say anything I took off towards the woods. Not to be reminded that the woods here were a dangerous place to be at night. And night was falling unusually fast.
