Lottie loves Digby and always makes sure to look her best for him. If she's not wearing make up or doesn't look beautiful she'd rather him not see her.
What Lottie doesn't know is that Digby doesn't care about external beauty; but loves the inner beauty.

Harvey isn't one for make overs, but visits Shampoodle just to see Harriet. He would love to tell Harriet how he feels about her, however he never can gather the courage to.
