Neptune Edgar wasn't a very happy boy. To be frank, he was quite cold and dark. He didn't talk much but when he did, what he said wasn't very nice. No one ever expected him to be sorted into Hufflepuff. It was rather surprising. Though, this particular black haired, sarcastic, attitude-filled wizard managed to immediately catch the eye of Cedric Diggory. And Cedric made it his goal to find a way to make Neptune smile.
