Fall Out of Loving

"So what are we?", he asked, his hand on my collarbone. I shiver from his touch.

"Do we have to give us a title?", I say as I hold his other hand, and turn away, looking into the city skyline. The twinkling stars and the lights from the skyscrapers soothe me in a way. Some moments I could hear the honking of horns.

Perry chuckles." If that's what you want Princess.", he pulls in and kisses my cheek, his hand hand that wasn't clutched in mine, rested on my shoulder." But you won't ever hear the 3 special words from my lips."

Zer Corelina has always had a rocky life. She ran from one relationship to another, always finding herself getting broken hearted until she finally decides for a change, and moves to the big city.

Zer is now in New York. She is no country girl but she is not used to the busy life and how much things get cluttered.

It wasn't until she met her friend from back in her middle school days, Perry Genus, whom she had lost contact with after she moved away from her hometown, a small area near San Diego. Just as it seemed as if her luck has turned on her, she found something special in Perry, romance. But of course it seemed a little too easy. Perry had a dying fiancée, left in a coma at a local hospital. Perry couldn't abandon her.

Zer, as much as she wanted to love Perry, her heart couldn't take the guilt of taking another person's man.

Somehow though, they still find what they had been missing for years, in each other.
