Everybody know the story of Belle and Prince Adam. What they don't know is that Adam was not the only person to have the Beast curse put over him. The is a story of King Williams. No there isn't any mystery to who he is, everyone knows about the curse put over him because he blames it on the kingdom. He demands sacrifices of live stock every year on the anniversary. When on king refuses, he then takes a girl, causing a female sacrifice every hundredth year. No one hears from or even sees the girls again. Batilda Baker, daughter of the late royal cook, finds herself volunteering for the sacrifice. The blind girl is taken to the home of the beast and made his servant girl. But is he really the Beast everyone fears, or is there guilt and sorrow in his soul? Batilda decides that she is willing to find out. Even if it kills her.
