Caleb Michaelson took up guardianship of his young niece Kate after her mother passed away. After the tragedy that happened in the past, Kate had been left traumatised and received help from highly acclaimed child therapist Julieta Andrews throughout her childhood till date. Aside from discussions about Kate's well-being, Julieta and Caleb share other relations. However, Caleb chooses to kill all aspects of the budding romance between him and Julieta because their romance is highly unprofessional, and, more importantly, Kate hasn't always been, if at all, fond of her therapist.

Away from his love life and his kid, his family tends to get in the mix. Nonetheless, it comes down to the great relationship between Kate and Caleb and their unique bond as they grow and interact with various forces in 'their world.'
