After a attack on the Starks leaves Tony in hospital and threatens the life of his child, Tony moves all of the Avengers into the Avengers tower, all of them with their own apartment and common area to train, socialise and be together as a team. Also for his daughters and his protection. Rowan isn't warm to the idea until she sees the super solider move in across from her. It takes time to adjust.
