It started slow, the experiments. Every major city in New York was turned sour, cold and dark. Before the cities were blossoming with sweetness, joy and bliss but now the buildings are onyx and stained. The streets aren't filled with busy self-concerning people and fast walkers. In each city it happened fast, all at once. Families and communities would seem to disappear.
