Rayn Devlin born and raised in the Chicago area witnessed her world turn to ashes as the government used mass chemical warfare against its own people. Before the entire US area was destroyed the government was overthrown to create an anarchist society. All would fend for themselves. 
Nearly a year later, we find our protagonist suffering a mysterious betrayal.
