Andrea Valdez was once again in a courtroom. It was finally the day they she was going to hear the sentencing that her mother was going to receive. Over the several months her mother's court case was going as she thought it was. As her mother was going to be incarcerated in the Arizona's state penitentiary, Andrea thought she was going to back to the a foster group home. Just as her mother case didn't go as she planned neither her impending future where she was going to live. 

Andrea got the news that her father was alive and well and was willing to take her in. She had a father and after the 16 years that she had been alive she was going to meet him.
