A story on a girl named Hyoyun and her boyfriend Kyungsoo in which she struggles on dangerous symptoms of retinal detachment. Retinal detachment is a disease in which, in it's name, is the detachment of the retina in the eyes. If not treated, Hyoyun would become blind.
