The Moments I Recall
He looks out beyond the edge and I can't seem to pull my eyes away from him. He smiles and speaks, but I can't hear anything he says. Even so, the buzzing seems to grow quieter and quieter till it's just silence all around myself and him. I watch his mouth move as inaudible words flow from it into the air, and his hands open as he gestures while he speaks. I watch as he looks turns to look at me to be sure I am following along, and then his eyes just wait on me and his mouth stops moving. I watch him mouth my name and tilt his head to read me. Lost In The Mind of Me
Laid upon the pages of this book is a story. This is an autobiography. I struggled with writing this and, as you will soon understand, though I knew how to write it, writing it and thinking about it was difficult. I have not labeled the chapters in hopes that you will read all the way through. You may understand me a little more if you do so, but, on the same note, you may end up hating me. I do not know what your reaction will be, but I will allow your opinion of me. I give you full permission to judge me, only when you read everything. This is on my struggles with mental illness, traumatic events, my opinions, my thoughts, my feelings; this is a tour of my mind. Be warned, it's dark and haunted. But I felt it important for me to write this, so maybe I can overcome it. Thank you for picking this text to enlighten you. I am not the smartest, nor am I the wisest, but I will do my best to paint a delicate image in your mind by how I string together my semblant words.Complete

I've been bullied since as long as I can remember. Dark skin is so this or so that. And it seemed to get worse when I gained weight. "Now not only is she dark, she's fat too!" I couldn't escape it even if I tired. I even attempted to commit suicide. Sitting in the bathtub with nothing but pills a razor and social media looking at all the people that hate you would do that.
