Once upon a time, a story was written about a flower. But it was not just any flower. It was a rose. After this story, many others followed, and each was unique. However, every story shared two common denominators: the red rose, and a young girl. Some of these girls had hair as black as night, or lips as red as the rose itself. Some of these girls were blonde, with eyes that pierced the soul. But there was one that was different. This is her story. 

Evelyn Davidson is a normal teenager living her life during the civil war. However, her brother and father have been drafted to become soldiers. With a slowly deteriorating mother to take care of, she starts to lose herself as well. When a bloody rose shows up at her front door, she thinks it is the end of her world, and her life. But these secret messages will uncover the hidden truth behind her family, the blood, and the rose.

Rumpelstiltskin had saved Belles Kingdom from disaster during the oger wars, and as payment from her father he took Belle to be his maid, eventually she fell in love with him and him with her. A girl that changed his life forever, a girl that he fell in love with, a girl that he thought he had lost and made his heart so guarded. When he took Alisa from her kingdom to be his maid the one thing he never expected was to fall in love with her. Alisa is a stong independent princess, that is good with a sword and isn't afraid to speak her mind no matter how much trouble her mouth gets her into. To be honest she's happy to be away from her father, and while things start off rocky that all changes when she begins to fall in love with her master/boss and her life changes forever. This is a once upon a time fan-fiction that'll only take place in the enchanted forest before the whole evil curse thing. Also I changed Rumpelstiltskin a bit, instead of changing with true loves kiss. It'll take some other form of magic that you'll learn about in the book.
