BOY X BOY Hi my name's Alex (it's short for Alexander) and I'm a junior in high school. I'm an aspiring artist and total romantic. I get passing grades, work at a diner on the weekends, have an okay home life and am usually targeted by bullies 'cause I'm gay (don't worry I'm fine). My life has always been the same. Then I met him. Hey, my name's Kane and I guess I'll tell you a little bit about myself. To start with I'm in high school, junior year specifically. I enjoy crime shows, a good book, and I love writing poetry. I play sports, perform poetry on the weekends, live in a rough home, and am homosexual (my biggest secret). My life has always been the same. Then I met him. It's here and it's queer! This is a really old story I came up with in my teens that I never pursued due to my fear of writing. Hopefully I'll finally be able to breathe life into these boys that I thought up so long ago.

Jude doesn't talk. He can't, even when he wants to. They don't want to hear what he has to say, and they only use their words to hurt him. So why even try anymore? Starting at a new school seems like the perfect opportunity to blend into the background, but it isn't far enough away to start over. Some people just won't let him forget about his past. The teachers don't understand. He can't tell them why. He can't say anything at all. Ross understands. Ross writes to him. Slowly, he pulls Jude out of his shell, waiting for him to say something. ----- Say Something is a story of overcoming fear with the help of friendship and love. As someone who has struggled with anxiety, I tried to do something a little different with my writing style this time by including a lot of thoughts and feelings rather than a ton of description and detail. I'd like to add that it mentions things like sex and violence but I don't plan on going into any graphic detail in this story. There is also occasional cursing. I hope you give it a chance and leave feedback for me as I post new chapters over time. Thank you so much for checking it out!
