(ON GOING) Phil is an angel who seemed to bend the smallest rules a bit too far. After nearly sacrificing himself for a little girl he gets kicked out of the heavens and sent to work on a half human, half angel case. But after regaining his human memories and meeting the daredevil known as Dan Howell, his case becomes a bit more personal than he'd like.
