Zayn Malik's Best Friend

Diana Lestrade is just an ordinary 18 year old in her last year of school in Bradford. She loves to party, she's smart and liked by everyone. But something that no-one knows about her is that she is Zayn Malik's childhood best friend.

They still stay in contact and talk to each other despite his fame, but they hardly ever see each other due to Zayn's demanding schedule but their friendship still stays stong and intact.

After not seeing each other for 10 months, Zayn comes back to Bradford and they have a whole summer together.

Things have changed since Zayn is engaged to Perrie and Diana has a boyfriend, but this doesn't stop the events that unfold during the summer of 2013.

The rest of the band and Perrie join them in Bradford after they've spent a week togther. But a week is enough to turn everything upside down.

'Not knowing how to react to anything that was going on I just stood still as his gaze was still not on my face.

With a sudden jerk Zayn looked into my eyes and he realised our position and what he was doing. But he didn't back off.
