Sam and Dean are (literal) angels & Castiel and Gabriel are hunters. Gabriel still has a sweet tooth, Castiel is a little nerd, Sam really wants to meet humans and Dean is pretty sure the man who eats way too much sugar is hitting on his brother. Which he doesn't like, at all.
