Her job barely pays minimum wage and she lives off of tips and Frosted Flakes cereal bars. Winnie James never thought that college could suck this much, and she certainly never thought she would be this bad at being a college student. Her art professor scares her and the thought of ever talking aloud makes her want to puke. So considering that, she can't figure out where the cafeteria is.
Fern James never thought college could be so great. Her fiction-writing professor loves her and she has a job that actually pays minimum wage. Yet she can't help but procrastinate on all her work, and in class she zones out. Plus she gets writer's block easily. But at least she knows where the cafeteria is, unlike her sister.
These two seem to be failing, but will they really fail in the end?
