Ja'Darious James and Tra'Jedy Mason have been best friends since childhood and even though he has a girlfriend, that still doesn't change how they feel for each other. Both coming from broken homes, they gravitated towards each other, promising to protect the other no matter what. But a mother, who doesn't know how to show love, accuses her of a crime and sends her to jail for something she didn't do.
