Joey is a young boy who has expected to spend his summer playing video games and watching television; but his parents think other wise. They think it's a good idea to send him to Swim Camp for the next few weeks. While Joey has never enjoyed meeting new, sporty-type people. His parents insist he goes even though he already knows how to swim. Joey is also really concerned because none of his friends are going. During practice he meets his soon to be best friend, Tad.
