This takes place two months before the episode "an inside man"
You've been an undercover Rebel spy for almost six months now, not particularly high up in either the Rebellions ranks nor the Empires ranks. Fairly expendable to either side. Among the many other undercover spies on the ship, you only knew the name and face of one. Agent Kallus. You work under him in a simple job. All you do is monitor the internal temperature and output of the sector 8 energy generator, really entry level.
Things had gone relatively smoothly until Ezra Bridger and Kanan Jarrus of the Phoenix Squardon infiltrated the Imperial factory on Lothal. With knowledge that there was an insider that was giving out major Empire secrets on his ship, Grand Admiral Thrawn ordered transmissions of every type from anyone be monitored closely.
You get caught. Your punishment?
Execution.
Or so you and everyone was told.

Star Wars: The Lord in Exile
A long time ago, in a galaxy far far away... It is an era of oppression in the galaxy. For years, the evil Galactic Empire has conquered and subjugated countless peaceful worlds but as their tyranny spreads across the galaxy, brave men and women rise up to rebel against the darkness. On the distant planet of Lothal, imperial forces have controlled and oppressed the innocent people of this once quiet planet to fuel their factories. With the noble Jedi Order all but destroyed, there is little hope for the citizens of Lothal to know freedom once again. A small rebel unit, known as The Spectres have arrived to aid the planet and fight the Empire. Amongst this crew is young man by the name of Aurelian fights alongside his friends against tyranny as he begins to awaken his true powers and reshape the galaxy... (You will find a lot of 40k influence in this story, to the point it might be a crossover in some respects. Nothing crazy, so no Space Marines, demons, or the like will show up. Just names, places, and imagery mostly.)

Ezra was never alone on the streets of lothal. he had his childhood friend,Thalia, who had his back and vice versa.but he started to change and acted diffrent and she couldnt stand it.they tell one another everything but Thalia kept the part about her being a chiss princess a secrect.she was part of a lost royal blood line that many were looking for. many would want to marry her most being by force and making her bare their children. her race is ruthless yet smart and calculating and her being strong with the force was not helping her cause.

After the Ghost crew got captured on a mission, the Empire won't put up with them anymore, so they are frozen in carbonite. Four years pass of being frozen in carbonite, the Ghost crew are finally rescued by the rebel fleet. But find out that Ezra was not frozen in carbonite, rather forced to join the Empire. After a month has passed of being unfrozen, the Ghost crew go on a mission soon to discover someone who knows and are close to Ezra... and that someone is Ezras padawan? ~ I just want to say this is my first story of Star Wars Rebels. So, if you have any tips on writing PLEASE tell me. I do add a few characters of my own and Ahsoka is alive in this one along with Kanan being able to see if you don't mind. So of course, it ended with them racing to safety which - for a short time - was a cave....a cave that suddenly produced a large ball of light?!
