Elara Luna Black. Yes, Black as in daughter of the infamous Sirius Black, who was imprisoned for the murder of Peter Pettigrew and twelve other Muggles, as well as for the betrayal of the Potters. Or so they say. Yes, Black as in a the ones in the Sacred Twenty-Eight, which are a group of families known to be the purest of all purebloods. Elara Black was ripped away from her father when the Aurors came to arrest him for what he had done. She was pushed off to the side, barely old enough, but she remembered that Dumbledore couldn't even convince them to give him a trial, he wouldn't. Her image of her father was untainted by the rumours and assumptions everyone made. But, he was gone now, and she was left at an orphanage. Left to her own defenses. And so she learned. She read, and absorbed information and practiced her magic, before she even got to Hogwarts. She swore she would make everyone see the truth about her father, but she never expected someone to believe her without her even trying to convince them. Cassiopeia has never been one for discriminating against muggles, muggleborns, etc. The complete opposite to her family, except a select few. Juliette Marie Darce stayed out of the way. She didn't interrupt people when they spoke, she didn't pitch into a conversation until she was asked. She was silenced, silenced by the gaze of her father, the rules her mother taught her growing up, silenced by the exceptions that were built for her as a woman in Pure blood society. She secretly wanted to break away, breath for the first time, and most she secretly wanted her best friend back. Sirius Black, reckless Sirius who did everything in his power to break every rule in the book. Juliette and Sirius grew up together they were inseparable. That was until Hogwarts. Sirius being the loud, brave boy he is got sorted into Gryffindor. He was proud of it, so proud he turned against his friends and family, the people who he grew up with, and found new people, better people. Juliette lost her best friend. The one person that spoke to her as a person, not an object for men's desire. Juliette was lost in her mind, too brainwashed to find a way out, or so many thought. Juliette may be on a break of alcoholism, a 15 year old who has too many problem, too many expectations. But as a true Slytherin she is, she's sly in her own ways, that was until the certain childhood friend starts taking note of her movement. How she follows the rules that were written out for her at a young age, how she doesn't fight when she's hurt or yelled at. He wanted to save her, because she was almost gone for good.
