Harper lives in the city of Portland, OR, where is rains all the time. Rain is her all time favorite thing, especially when she can just have it pour from the sky. Ash, on the other hand, hates the rain and would prefer there be sun everyday. Harper makes every attempt to change his mind until she learns about his horrible habit, in which they tend to drift apart. Maybe Harper can change the way Ash feels about the rain.
