The kishin Asura has been defeated and the Death Weapon-Meister Academy is back to its normal state, but things shake up for you when you're discovered by the newly freed Lord Death in New York City. Though the kishin was defeated, the madness he spread continued to linger, making the DWMA's job all the more difficult.
You're a young woman weapon with seriously messed up soul wavelengths who was brought to the academy under the fear that you'd face soul rejection should you continue to neglect your soul's sporadic wavelengths. You're paired with the academy's legendary meister, Dr. Franken Stein.
