It's been almost a year since Yume had surgery and left. Knowing that unless she gets donors she only has one year left to live.
Being so postive that she's gonna die and kinda being okay about the idea. She lives with Honoka, and doesn't go to school.
Visiting the hospital at least once a week, and sometimes passing out she is used to her new life style.
With her thinking she is gonna die, she has forgotten how to live and be happy.
Until some certain people find her, and teach her what is life and how to not only live. But to love again.
[This is the sequal to That One Day. Please read the first book if you haven't otherwise the storyline won't make sense.]
