I'd once heard a story of a girl in a red cape who was eaten by a big bad wolf. I had never once thought that when I ventured through the woods to visit my dear aunt Eden, wearing my red cloak, that I would come across a wolf. A hungry wolf at that, but you see, he wasn't so hungry for my blood as I thought. He was hungry in a way that made my heart beat faster and my breathing go uneven. So, when I ventured through the woods that day, I was very surprised to see that the wolf wasn't a wolf, he was in fact a man. A man who could turn into a wolf, a werewolf.

Her eyes as white as ice. This is how werewolves think that she's one of them, but she's not. Red carries around a bow and arrow in her little basket so that she doesn't seem suspicious. Her gran made it for her before she died from a werewolf attack. Red's first werewolf was at the age of fifteen when gran died and she has been killing ever since. But let's just go through the background details. When Red was about five, she got a red hood and a basket. She would always go from her little cottage to Gran's old home by a pathway, that was eroded with weeds and daisies, so that she could deliver her mother's famous home made jam drop biscuits. Now this is a time without any cars so it was about a half an hour's walk. Yes, Red would always hear things in the forest an turn around to see who it was. No one there. So she kept walking. The only thing is that you can never fall for a werewolf. This was going to be hard. Warning: the following chapter may contain corse language, spiritual violence and fantasy drama.

Before I could form a scream, a hand covered my mouth. I tried to bite it but I couldn't get my mouth to open. He's too strong. I started to use my whole body to try to get away, but he crawled on top of me, holding me down. I pulled the hidden knife out from under my pillow and slashed as hard as I could at him, but he just grabbed my wrist and squeezed it until the pain made me drop the knife. Then he grabbed both my hands in one of his and held them over my head. He held me down while I struggled. I grunted and moved and tried to kick and scream, but I only wore myself out. Exhausted, I stopped thrashing and let the tears flow freely down my cheeks. I didn't know what to do, so I just tried to prepare myself for whatever was coming.
