Nessa is an 18 year kid old who lives in a city with no rules. No police. Nothing that can stop the drugs and gangs that sweep the city of "Non Leges". Nessa lost her sister to the city, and now is on the verge of loosing her brother. Determined to stop this, Nessa is forced to stick her neck out, do things she would never do and meet people she would never meet. Can Nessa save her brother and survive another day to try and make it out of this fallen city,  or will Non Leges win once again.
