Have you ever needed forgiveness? Or needed to forgive someone? What is the worst act you can imagine being able to forgive someone for? What if someone lied to you... cheated on you... stole from you... or tried to murder you? Could you forgive that person in order to move forward with your life? And not just forgive them, but could you also desire to fellowship with them... even love them? In The Heart of Dixie, Dixie Bryan knows that the answer Christ gave was yes, but can she? Is it possible that she can find something redeemable in a man that caused such a horrific tragedy in her life? Knowing that it is expected of her as a child of God doesn't mean it comes easy. All she knows is that she has to try and trust the details to the One who makes the impossible, possible.

Jessie White stands out from the crowd. As a Southern woman, she defies the typical expectations for a twenty-four-year-old. While others her age might be in college or embarking on new careers, Jessie's upbringing on a ranch alongside four brothers equipped her with skills many would balk at. She's adept at horseback riding, calving, stall cleaning, and more. Fiercely independent, Jessie refuses to rely on any man, a resolve hardened after heartbreak at the hands of Max Lane, a rancher's son, two years prior. Jessie has resolved to take up bull riding, a skill that appears to be a family legacy. Her lifelong dream has been to ride a bull before an audience, but now, her ambition has shifted to rescuing the White Family Ranch after a substantial portion of their funds vanished and debts began accumulating. Max Lane's family is eager to buy the White Family Ranch, but Jessie refuses to let him take away the one thing that sustains her. Being a beauty bartender owner and a female bull rider makes things challenging. Everyone says she can't do it because she's a woman, but Jessie is determined to prove them all wrong. Initially skeptical, Trace Black doesn't recognize her potential until he witnesses her mount a bull for the first time. Although he may appear arrogant externally, that pales in comparison to his internal complexity. Trace and Jessie are initially oblivious to their chemistry, though it's evident to everyone around them. As Jessie gathers the courage to express her feelings to Trace, the things she dreads occur. However, it doesn't make matters worse; it alters everything profoundly. *WARNING* Book contains language, child loss, trauma, etc. Thank you for choosing my story! Until The Whole World Hears?

26 parts Complete

It's not safe out there it'll never be. Every day is a fight to do the right thing. God has given us his laws, history, answers, and the truth. You know what I'm talking about. We call it the bible. I don't know what you believe in, and I'm not going to try to convince you... But who am I kidding. Most of you will either stop reading this book and never look at it again, and very few of you will continue. Some of you will read this to get answers, and some of you will take this information and twist my words against me, for those people... I will make myself VERY clear. I believe that God is real, I believe in his word, and that is why I am a Christian. (There is nothing to get that confused with.) To clear things up even more, I have a relationship with a real God, not some mythical creature made up in my head. Just because I am a Christian doesn't mean I am perfect, I make mistakes and I ask God for forgiveness and just because I am a Christian doesn't mean you should treat me any less. But who are you kidding, you'll do that anyway. © All Rights Reserved
