However, because of Gemma's rare disorder "Coalesce Speculation and Entity Disorder" or Schizophrenia she can not distinguish the difference between real and fictional characters. By definition Schizophrenia means a long-term mental disorder of a type involving a breakdown in the relation between thought, emotion, and behavior, leading to faulty perception with feelings, withdrawal from reality and personal relationships into fantasy and delusion, and a sense of mental fragmentation. Meaning she can't tell the difference between reality and dreams. Little does she know, Lucid dreaming only makes her life harder than it already is.
