When her mother suddenly passes away, it takes everything in June not to fall apart. In an attempt to help June, her Aunt Nicole gives her a box from her mother's past. At first glance the box was just another sad reminder that her mother was gone. However, one night June decides to embrace what little she has left of her mom and opens the box. Through tearful eyes she uncovers bundles of letters addressed to Delilah. As she pours herself into reading, she discovers there was more to her mother than she thought and gives June the curiosity and strength to embark on a road trip to discover more of her mother, the mysterious pen pal, and herself. Along the way she opens her eyes to a world of new people, places and a few heartbreaking realizations that help heal her broken heart and launch her into the next chapter of her life.

This book was written from my heart, I am trying to turn into the writer I have always fantasied of being. I hope you enjoy reading one of my first and hopefully not my last works.
