Camila Comuarte is a 16-year-old girl na hinahanap ang ina niya na iniwan sila for the past 10 years of her existence. Fun of playing jokes to escape from sadness and depression, students consider her as the queen of pranks. Planning to wreck her life, she does it with her 2-year-relationship boyfriend, Mark Briggs. She then meets the king of pranks, Nico Aranuazo, a 17-year-old boy who plays joke on everybody inside or outside the University. The queen prankster meets the king prankster. Nagpustaan si Mark at Nico na mag-unahan sa paghahanap sa ina ni Camila and whoever wins, will have Camila's hand.
