REA is an academy for children who want and need to control their powers. All magic users that are successful in life had graduated here. Being in this academy means you will have a high position in life but there is a twist on the requirements of the said academy. That is what I will give:
1) The child must possess a power and a special ability.
2) The child is to stay in the built-in-dorms of the school. Only allowed if there is a mission or emergency in the family.
3) The child must be aged 8 yeats above.
4) The child must be skilled with martial arts ot any kind of defense needed.
That is all the requirements needed and the academy will give each student allowances once every two months based on their ranks
