What if the Capitol won the war, and the Hunger Games went on. Shimmer is from District 1, and is excited for the upcoming Games. But this isn't normal. The 100th Quarter Quell involves other Quells on the years leading up to it, and this one, is that there will be four times the amount of tributes. Shimmer, along with the other Careers, realise that this is no dream, this will be a nightmare, and that the glory is not worth the effort.
