Twenty-five bands. Only one will win Battle of the Bands.

James is a simple guitarist. Him and his friends all play instruments so they just mess around, playing their instruments. But one day, James saw a commercial for a show called Battle of the Bands. Of course he wants to join it. It seems fun. They join and make it on the show, which they didn't think was possible. They grew more into loving the music they perform and they become fierce competition. Will they win? And will anyone's heart get broken?

On August 25, 1941, Winters enlisted in the Army. He would write in his memoirs that he "had no desire to get into the war" but joined to fulfill a one-year requirement of service and to avoid being drafted later. While touring Camp Artemis with his fellow companies members. They meet a strong sniper and nonchalant intelligence officer. Dick begins to have conflict amongst his feelings.
